Chamberlain Coffee, Inc. occasionally offers free shipping promotions on orders above a set threshold. Promotion terms can change at any time without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Chamberlain Coffee, Inc. is not responsible for shipments affected by customs clearance, force majeure events, carrier transfers, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Any additional fees, duties, or charges incurred during transit are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Customers may return an order within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be in unused condition with original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us for the appropriate return address, as we operate warehouses in both the US and Europe. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and this will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to additional charges or refused at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law in your country of residence.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. Please note that for customers in the European Union, statutory guarantee rights of two years apply and are not affected by this policy. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
International Orders
Orders shipping outside the US and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes collected upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Chamberlain Coffee, Inc. is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with international orders.
