THE MATCHA COLLECTION

Your matcha. Your way.

Ceremonial grade organic matcha powder that's smooth, never bitter, and made for every day.

THE DETAILS

Japanese ceremonial grade A matcha, shade-grown for several weeks before a first harvest to develop deep color and concentrated flavor. Sourced from across Japan, primarily Shizuoka, Kagoshima, Mie, and Kyoto, then ball milled to a fine, even powder. Smooth, nutty, and earthy with no bitterness. Available in original, vanilla, and honey. Original is USDA organic, vegan, and gluten free. Thirty servings per tin.

Whether you are making a matcha latte, an iced matcha drink, or enjoying it straight, our matcha powder mixes easily and tastes clean every time.

HOW TO USE IT

Hot matcha latte: Mix ½ tsp of matcha powder into 4 to 6 oz of hot water. Blend with the Chamberlain Coffee electric whisk until smooth, then add milk of your choice.

Iced matcha latte: Same as above, then pour over ice and add cold milk. Done.

WHY MATCHA

A different kind of energy. Matcha delivers a steady, focused boost through the combination of natural caffeine and L-theanine, a compound that promotes calm focus without the spike and crash you get from coffee. Rich in antioxidants and chlorophyll, it is one of the most nutrient-dense ways to start your day and a genuine alternative to your morning cup.

WHERE IT COMES FROM

Our matcha is sourced from four of Japan's most respected tea growing regions: Shizuoka, Kagoshima, Mie, and Kyoto. Each lot is carefully blended by our supplier's Chashi, or Tea Master, to achieve a consistent balance of color, aroma, and flavor across every batch. This approach to blending is standard for high-quality matcha production and ensures the cup tastes the same whether you are opening your first tin or your tenth. Our supplier's Tea Master placed first in a national competition among Japan's tea masters, which gives you a sense of the level of craft behind what ends up in your cup. Emma personally tested and selected every flavor for its balance of taste, color, and quality.
