Dear [Customer Service],
I'm writing to express my frustration with the delayed delivery of my order. It's been over three months since I placed the order, and I just found out that it's been shipped to Germany. This is unacceptable.
I understand that delays can happen, but this is beyond reasonable. I'm disappointed that my cousin had the same problem and was compensated, but I haven't received any compensation or even an update on the status of my order.

Super cute and the perfect sized travel cup I’ve been looking for!! I was worried about the design coming off of it, but it’s been through quite a few washes now (hand wash only and don’t soak!!) and there’s no sign of it wearing off anytime soon.
